As TCCH prepared to expand its services and open new locations, the organization partnered with Ironside to reshape public perception, elevate awareness, and strengthen its brand as a trusted provider of high-quality care. Though known for comprehensive offerings—from behavioral health to pediatrics and dental services—TCCH’s reputation did not fully reflect the scope or quality of its care.

 

Ironside implemented an integrated marketing strategy focused on storytelling, SEO, and audience targeting. We produced four service-line videos embedded directly on TCCH’s website, which boosted page engagement and dwell time—averaging over 2.5 minutes per visit. These were also distributed via programmatic advertising, in-clinic screens, and community events to maximize exposure.

 

To build brand awareness and donor trust, we launched targeted display ads and short-form video spots, supported by consistent print collateral including pledge cards, impact reports, and brochures. This holistic approach helped TCCH increase visibility, improve patient sentiment, and attract philanthropic support.
