Thrive began as the Substance Awareness Center of Indian River County, but their evolving services—prevention education, recovery programs, and youth counseling—had outgrown the name. Ironside guided a full Brand Roadmap, including strategic renaming, to reflect the organization’s true mission: helping individuals and families live substance-free lives with purpose and support.

We established Thrive as a name rooted in possibility, not pathology. The messaging platform emphasized community transformation, family healing, and empowerment—particularly for youth. We built a clear mission, tagline, and set of core messages that serve audiences ranging from school counselors and donors to parents and young adults.
