What began as a standard commercial request evolved into one of Ironside’s most creative, cinematic campaigns. For Vakani Orthodontics, a trusted family practice on the Treasure Coast, we delivered a full suite of video content that was heartfelt, humorous, and visually bold.

The campaign centered around two seasonal commercials: Santa’s Helpers, a festive spot featuring a casted Santa and playful holiday storyline, and Back to School, starring real local students—including Dr. Vakani’s daughter—in a fun, paparazzi-style reveal of a brand-new smile. Both ads were shot with a three-person crew using cinema-grade lenses and slider rigs to create maximum visual impact. Santa’s Helpers even hit the big screen via Screenvision Media placements in local movie theaters.

Beyond the narrative spots, we produced a suite of high-end, stand-up style videos with Drs. Kevin and Arvin Vakani in English and Spanish, using professional teleprompters, lighting, and camera setups for a polished delivery. To deepen the emotional connection, we also captured four authentic testimonial-driven commercials, showcasing real patients and real smiles.

This campaign was meticulously planned from script to screen, with full storyboard development, location coordination, and collaborative creative direction. It wasn’t just content—it was storytelling with warmth, laughter, and local heart.
