Tykes & Teens, a leading mental health provider for children and families, needed branding that better reflected its growth, impact, and emotional mission. Ironside guided a full rebrand through a strategic Mission Roadmap—developing a donor-facing 30th year anniversary identity: Blossom to signal growth, resilience, and community transformation.

We crafted a messaging and identity framework rooted in warmth and clarity, speaking to parents, educators, partners, and donors alike. The new mission, “We plant the seeds of hope, helping children blossom into their full potential,” set the tone for everything from campaign messaging to grant applications. A vibrant, block-inspired design system paired with purposeful language to support advocacy, donor engagement, and long-term growth.
